This Cookie Policy explains how Hypersonic Media Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit https://triviadraws.com (the “Site”). This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. What Is a Cookie?

Cookies help the site recognize your browser, remember your preferences, maintain your session, and collect information about how the site is used. Some cookies are set directly by us; others are set by third-party services that operate on our pages.

2. Privacy Controls

Depending on your location, a privacy-choice control may appear in the footer of the Site. For visitors in the United States, this control is labeled “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” For visitors in the European Economic Area, it is labeled “Privacy Preferences.” Selecting that control opens a privacy manager where you can review and change your choices regarding certain uses of your data by Trivia Draws and participating advertising and measurement vendors.

The sections below describe which technologies are in use and what each does.

3. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled without breaking core features such as sign-in and form security.

4. Analytics Cookies

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site, including which pages are visited, session duration, and general geographic region. GA4 collects event-level, pseudonymous data — it tracks individual sessions and page views using cookie identifiers, but does not associate them with your name or email address. Data is processed by Google LLC. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data practices for details. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Advertising and Measurement — Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel (Pixel ID: 2596414907312605) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. The Meta Pixel fires on every page of the Site and is used for advertising measurement, campaign attribution, audience creation and matching, and advertising delivery on Facebook, Instagram, and Meta’s advertising network.

When you visit the Site, the Meta Pixel collects information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. Meta Advanced Matching, which can pass a hashed email address to the Pixel to improve ad measurement, is not currently active.

Meta’s data practices are described in Meta’s Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses your information for advertising through your Facebook Ad Settings.

Note: The Meta Pixel currently loads on every page regardless of CMP choices. If you have opted out of personalized advertising through the Site’s privacy manager, that choice is communicated to participating vendors through the IAB consent framework but does not automatically prevent the Meta Pixel from loading. To manage how Meta personalizes advertising to you, use your Facebook Ad Settings or the tools described in Section 7 below.

6. Advertising and Identity Technologies — Freestar and Partners

The Site uses Freestar (Publisher First, Inc.) for advertising. Freestar and its participating advertising and identity partners may place cookies and use similar technologies to serve interest-based advertisements, measure ad performance, and build audience profiles.

7. How to Control Cookies and Advertising

  • Privacy manager (US). If the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link appears in the Site footer, you can use it to manage your choices for participating vendors.
  • Privacy manager (EEA). If the “Privacy Preferences” link appears in the Site footer, you can use it to manage GDPR consent choices.
  • Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent sign-in and other core features from working.
  • Google Analytics. Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent GA4 from measuring your visits to any website.
  • Meta advertising. Manage how Meta uses your data for advertising through your Facebook Ad Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.
  • Interest-based advertising (US). US residents can opt out of participating companies through aboutads.info or networkadvertising.org.
  • Data deletion requests. To request deletion of data we hold about you, email info@triviadraws.com.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. We may also provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
